When should we contact you?
Ideally, 2 months before the event — although I officially take over 30 days prior. If your wedding is sooner, reach out and I’ll check availability.
We planned everything ourselves — is that okay?
Yes! This service is perfect for couples who planned their wedding on their own but want to enjoy the day without having to manage it.
Will you really be there in person?
Absolutely. I’ll be present on your wedding day from start to finish (up to 8 hours), alongside a senior assistant, managing everything on your behalf.
Do we need to brief the vendors again ourselves?
No. Once you provide their contacts and agreements, I’ll personally reach out, coordinate them, and ensure they follow the master timeline.
Can you help with placing favors, signage and décor?
Yes. My team will handle all items provided by you: welcome kits, cards, gifts, guest books, signage — everything will be in the right place at the right time.
What if something unexpected happens?
I’m trained to anticipate and resolve problems discreetly and efficiently. You probably won’t even notice — because I’ll take care of it before you have to.
