- ✔️ Budget planning & strategy: A custom and extremely detailed financial plan to help you make conscious decisions and stay in control of your investment.
- ✔️ Venue Scouting in Italy: After collecting guidelines, preferences and needs from you, we will share with you a curated selection of 8 to 10 venues that match with your style, preferences, and budget.
- In person: if you are willing to come in Italy at the beginning of the WP process, I will escort you to visit the venues selected and I will help you evaluating each one from every angle — aesthetic, logistics, costs and pros/cons.
- Remotely: if traveling isn’t possible, my team and I will conduct the venue visits on your behalf and create detailed video tours, giving you a clear sense of the space, layout, atmosphere, logistics and options.
- ✔️ Vendor selection & meeting coordination: I collaborate with a trusted network of Italy’s top wedding professionals — photographers, floral designers, musicians, caterers, and more — selected for excellence and aesthetic coherence. For each vendor we will share with you detailed vendor proposals based on your BDG, preferences and aesthetic project, arranging call between you and them when needed.
- ✔️ Design & production plan: From visual storytelling to timeline creation, every aspect will be coordinated for beauty, functionality, and emotional impact.
- ✔️ Logistics & pre-event coordination: We’ll handle your seating chart, vendor briefings, contingency plans, and all logistics so you can focus on what truly matters.
- ✔️ Wedding day coordination: I will be personally present with my senior team throughout the entire wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and elegantly, in alignment with the project and timeline defined together.

How far in advance should we contact you?
Ideally 12 to 15 months in advance, especially for high-season weddings or exclusive venues.
However, even if you have less time, let’s talk — some of the best weddings I’ve planned started with a spontaneous call.
Do I need a wedding planner if I want to get married in Italy from abroad?
Absolutely. Planning a wedding from another country comes with a lot of challenges — time zones, language barriers, vendor research, and legal requirements.
A professional planner based in Italy helps you save time, money, avoid mistakes, and ensures your day is as beautiful as you imagine — without any stress.
Can we organize everything remotely?
Yes — absolutely. Most of my couples live abroad, and we manage the entire planning process online through video calls and our structured Planning Tools.
To make everything smooth and transparent, we provide a Custom Project Management System and Google Sheets, to keep track of everything and proceed with smooth communications and planning.
These tools are optimized to keep everything clear, intuitive, and efficient — accessible anytime, even from your smartphone.
You’ll always know what’s been done, what’s coming next, and where we are — without being overwhelmed.

How do we choose the right venue if we’re not in Italy?
You’ll receive a shortlist of 8–10 venues tailored to your style, guest count, and budget.
Then you can either:
Visit Italy and tour 2 venues with me in person, or
Let me and my team visit for you and send you detailed video tours, showing the atmosphere, layout, and pros & cons of each option.
Should the venue of the Wedding Planner be chosen first?
- Knowledge of the territory and connections in the ares: in Italy, there are thousand of venues available, so it can be struggling for a couple who does not know the territory identify the mist fitted one for you.
- Hidden costs: venues always have hidden costs, that can be extra time, exclusive vendors with high price range, portage costs for the rituals, etc. Having by your side a highly-skilled professional will assure you to not incur in hidden cost on later stage that can cause over-budget costs
- Alignment with your aesthetic project: the venue will impact a lot on the aesthetic and vibes of your day, so is important to firstly have a structured overview of what you would like to have for your wedding; the Wedding Planner can give you customized advices on that part
What kind of vendors do you work with?
The vendors we will propose to you are only experienced and professional vendors who meet high standards in service and style. They will also be the most appropriate based on the territory the venue will be in.
From photographers to floral designers, musicians to caterers — every supplier is chosen based on trust, reliability, and aesthetic match.
Can we personalize the service if we already have a venue or vendors?
Of course. The Signature Wedding Experience is flexible.
If you've already booked your venue or selected some vendors, I’ll tailor the planning process to fit your needs, filling in the gaps with expertise and coherence.
Do you help with legal paperwork for weddings in Italy?
While I’m not a legal advisor, I can guide you through the process and connect you with the right professionals (celebrants, legal interpreters, etc.) to handle civil or symbolic ceremonies, depending on your nationality and wedding type.
Will you be there on the wedding day?
Yes. I will be there in person, supported by a senior wedding staff.
We’ll coordinate every moment — from setup to cake cutting — ensuring the day flows beautifully and you can focus on joy, not logistics.
